HANDLING TIME, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Jas Jacobs Jewelry, we take pride in offering beautiful, quality jewelry that is carefully prepared and finished for each customer. Because our collection includes both Sterling Silver jewelry and custom-made pieces, handling times and return eligibility vary depending on the item purchased.
Please review the following policies before placing your order.
STERLING SILVER PENDANT NECKLACES, EARRINGS & BRACELETS
Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days
Most Sterling Silver Pendant Necklaces, Earrings, and Bracelets require 1–3 business days for setting, polishing, inspection, and preparation for shipment.
Returns: Accepted Within 7 Days of Delivery
Eligible Sterling Silver Pendant Necklaces, Earrings, and Bracelets may be returned under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
- All original packaging must be included and returned in its original condition.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- A Return Authorization must be obtained before shipping any item back.
Return Authorization Procedure
To request a return, please email Rebecca@JasJacobsJewelry.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive return instructions. A copy of your Return Authorization must be included inside the return package.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Processing
Once the returned jewelry has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
Items returned damaged, altered, worn, or without their original packaging may be ineligible for a refund.
SOLID GOLD PENDANT NECKLACES, EARRINGS & BRACELETS
Handling Time: 7–10 Business Days
Our Solid Gold Pendant Necklaces, Earrings, and Bracelets are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer once an order is placed.
A handling time of 7–10 business days is required for gemstone procurement, casting, setting, polishing, and final quality inspection.
Returns: Not Accepted — Final Sale
Because these pieces are made specifically to order and require the procurement of materials and custom production, returns are not accepted.
Please review all product specifications, gemstone details, metal selections, and measurements carefully before completing your purchase.
STERLING SILVER & SOLID GOLD RINGS
Handling Time: 7–10 Business Days
All Sterling Silver and Solid Gold Rings are custom-sized and made to order.
A handling time of 7–10 business days is required for gemstone procurement, casting, sizing, setting, polishing, and final quality inspection.
Each ring is crafted specifically to the size selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
Returns: Not Accepted — Final Sale
Because our rings are custom-sized and made specifically to order, returns are not accepted.
We strongly recommend confirming your correct ring size before placing an order.
Ring Resizing Services
We understand that ring sizing adjustments may occasionally be necessary. Ring resizing services are available.

Resizing feasibility and pricing may vary depending on the ring’s design, metal, gemstone setting, and the amount of adjustment required.
HANDLING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME
Handling time refers to the time required to prepare, create, finish, and package your jewelry before shipment.
Handling time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping transit times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Although we make every effort to meet our stated handling times, unexpected production or carrier delays may occasionally occur.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We carefully inspect each piece before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Rebecca@JasJacobsJewelry.com promptly after delivery, preferably within 7 days, with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.
We will review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Final-sale restrictions do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
GEMSTONE COLOR & NATURAL VARIATIONS
As with all gemstones—both natural and laboratory grown—slight variations in color may occur. These natural and laboratory variations are part of what makes each stone unique.
Please note that gemstone colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and photographic presentation.
Product photographs may be enlarged or cropped to show gemstone details and craftsmanship. Please refer to the measurements and specifications provided in each listing for accurate sizing information.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom and personalized jewelry is made specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications.
Because of the individualized nature of these pieces, custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.
Any special handling requirements or production timelines will be disclosed in the individual product listing or communicated before purchase.
