As with all gemstones—both natural and laboratory grown—slight variations in color may occur. These natural and laboratory variations are part of what makes each stone unique.

All orders are subject to payment verification, gemstone and material availability, and our ability to fulfill the selected product specifications.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you regarding available options, including an appropriate refund where necessary.

MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY

Certain jewelry offered by Jas Jacobs Jewelry is made specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Made-to-order production may involve gemstone procurement, custom casting, sizing, setting, polishing, and final inspection.

Because materials and specialized services may be purchased or initiated specifically for an individual order, made-to-order jewelry is subject to the handling times and return restrictions disclosed in the individual product listing and our store policies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected specifications before completing their purchase.

HANDLING & PRODUCTION TIMES

Sterling Silver Pendant Necklaces, Earrings & Bracelets

Most Sterling Silver Pendant Necklaces, Earrings, and Bracelets require a handling time of 1–3 business days for setting, polishing, inspection, and preparation for shipment.

Solid Gold Pendant Necklaces, Earrings & Bracelets

Solid Gold Pendant Necklaces, Earrings, and Bracelets are made to order and require 7–10 business days for gemstone procurement, casting, setting, polishing, and final inspection.

Sterling Silver & Solid Gold Rings

All Sterling Silver and Solid Gold Rings are custom-sized and made to order. These pieces require 7–10 business days for gemstone procurement, casting, sizing, setting, polishing, and final inspection.

Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Handling times are separate from shipping transit times.

RING SIZING & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

All Sterling Silver and Solid Gold Rings are custom-sized according to the size selected by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for confirming their correct ring size before placing an order.

Because each ring is made specifically to the selected size, all custom-sized rings are final sale, except where required by applicable law.

Ring resizing services are available, subject to the design, gemstone setting, metal, and feasibility of the requested adjustment.

Additional charges may apply for resizing services.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return eligibility depends on the jewelry category and whether the piece is made to order.

Sterling Silver Pendant Necklaces, Earrings & Bracelets

Eligible pieces may be returned when a return is requested within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided that:

The jewelry is returned in its original condition, without damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
All original packaging is included and returned in its original condition.
The customer obtains a Return Authorization before shipping the item back.
A copy of the Return Authorization is included in the return package.
The customer pays the return shipping charges.

These pieces are made to order and are final sale. Returns are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Because certain pieces are made specifically to order, gemstone procurement and production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted as soon as possible to Rebecca@JasJacobsJewelry.com.

We will review requests individually, taking into consideration whether materials have been purchased or production has begun.

Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed to be approved once production has commenced.

Any applicable cancellation conditions or charges will be disclosed and handled in accordance with the terms communicated at purchase and applicable law.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping methods, applicable charges, and estimated transit times are provided during checkout.

Handling time and shipping transit time are separate.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, or incorrect shipping information, subject to applicable law.

If a shipment is delayed, misrouted, damaged, or missing, please contact us so we can assist in reviewing the available shipping information and determining appropriate next steps.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect our jewelry before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Rebecca@JasJacobsJewelry.com promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.

We will review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution.
